- Cheene (Powdered Sugar) – 200 gm
- Doodh (milk) – 250 gm

Method (How to make Til Mava Roll at home)
Nutritious Til Mava Roll mithai banane ke liye sabse pehle ek kadai ko pre-heat kare aur isme bina ghee dale, til dalkar 3-4 minute tak roast kar le. Halka bhun jane par inhe ek bowl me shift kar le. Thanda hone par thode til alag kar le aur baki ko mixi me dardara pees le.
Ab mava banane ke liye, kadai me doodh garam kare. Isme thoda-thoda karke milk powder add kare aur lagatar chalate rahe, taki isme lumps na bane. Ise dheeme aanch par tab tak pakate rahe, jab tak ki ye mave ke jaise gada na ho jaye.
Gada hone par isme peese hue til aur cheene powder add kare aur 3-4 minute tak lagatar chalate hue bhun le. Ab isme chopped dry fruits aur ghee dalkar 2-minute tak bhun le. Taiyar mishran ko ek plate me nikal le aur thanda hone de.
