Methi Gond ladoo banane ke liye sabse pehle methidana ko pees kar 3-4 ghante ke liye doodh me bhigo de. Ab ek kadai me 2 tablespoon ghee garam kar le aur bheege hue methidana ko medium flame par 3-4 minute tak bhun le.

Ab is kadai me 2 tablespoon ghee le aur isme Gond fry kar le. Ab isi ghee me kaju aur badam ko bhi halka sa bhun le. Kadai me thoda ghee aur dale aur isme aata dalkar dark brown hone tak bhun le.

Ab gas band kar de aur bhuna hua methidana is aate me mix kar le. Ab fry ki hui gond ko kisi belan ya bartan ki help se thoda crush kar le aur is mishran me add kar le. Ab isme nuts aur coconut powder bhi add kar le.

Gur ki chashni banane ke liye ek (bhari tale ke ) pan me 2 tsp ghee garam kare aur isme gur dal de. Ise lagatar chalate rahe. Aap dekhenge ki Gur melt hokar chashni jaisa patla ho jayega. 

Ab ise bhi aate wale mishran me add kar le aur pure mishran ko acche se mix kar le. Thoda thanda hone par apni pasand ke aakar me ladoo taiyar kar le.

Step 1. Methidana ko pees kar 3-4 ghante ke liye doodh me bhigo de.
