Aksar ghar me ye sawal pucha jata hai ki aaj khane me kya banaya jaaye. Iska jawab ghar wale bhale hi kuch bhi de par banta wahi hai jo jaldi ban sake.
Ghiya Dal Chana Recipe jitni khane me tasty hoti hai utni hi jaldi bhi ban jati hai. Aksar logo ko ghiya ki sabzi khana pasand nahi hota. Lekin jab hum ise chana dal ke sath banate hain to yeh khane me aur bhi tasty aur chatpati lagti hai.
Ghiya (lauki) – 2 cup kati hui
Chana dal – 1/2 cup
Pyaaz – ½ cup baarik kata hua
Tamatar – 1/2 cup barik kata hua
Hara dhaniya – 1 teaspoon barik kata hua
Hari mirch – ½ teaspoon barik kati hui
Lehsun – 1 chammach kata hua
Haldi powder – ½ teaspoon
Desi ghee – 1 tablespoon
Jeera – ½ teaspoon
Namak – swadanusar
Lal mirch powder – ½ teaspoon
Kashmiri mirch – ½ teaspoon
Dhaniya powder – ½ teaspoon
Garam masala – ½ teaspoon
Chana Dal Lauki ki sbzi banane ke liye, sabse pehle pressure cooker me ghee daal kar garam kare aur isme jeera bhun le. Ab isme pyaz dal de aur ise halka gulabi hone de. Ab isme sukhe masale jaise namak, mirch, dhaniya, haldi aadi daal de. Tamatar dal kar, in sab ko tab tak chalate rahe jab tak ki masala ghee na chod de. Ab isme Ghiya aur Dal daal de. Gravy banane ke liye isme jarurat ke anusar pani dal de. Ab dheeme aanch par 2 se 3 whistle aane de. Pressure cooker ko thanda hone de. Ab ise khol kar chutki bhar garam masala daale. To lijiye apki ise garma garam roti ke sath serve kare.
2. Ab pressure cooker me Desi Ghee garam kare aur isme jeera daa kar bhun le. Ab isme pyaaj dalkar, halka gulabi hone tak bhun le.
3. Ab isme lal mirch, dhaniya powder, namak aur kashmiri mirch dal de aur acchi tarah se bhunne ke bad isme tamatar daale aur samay isme Chana Dal mix kar de.
4. Chana dal ko toda chalane ke bad, isme Ghiya aur paani daalkar dheeme aanch par pressure cook kare.
5. Pressure cooker me bina pani daale 1 whistle aane de aur gas band kar de. Isse hamari sabzi ka taste aur bhi accha aata hai.
6. Cooker thanda hone par isme gravy ke liye pani dale aur 2 whistles aane de. Ab Cooker thanda hone de aur isme garam masala aur dhaniya dale.
7. To lijiye taiyar hai Lazeez Ghiya Dal Recipe. Ab Aap ise garma garam roti ke sath serve kar sakte hai.
1 Folic Acid – Ghiya Dal Chana me bharpur matra me Folic Acid paya jata hai, jo ki pregnancy me bahut jaruri hota hai.
2 Vitamin C – Isme Vitamin C hone ke karan yeh hamari immunity strong karti hai.
3 Vitamin B1 – yeh hamare metabolism me helpful hai aur red blood cells ko bhi increase karta hai.
4 Fibre – Ghiya Dal Chana me super dietary fibre hote hai, jisse diebatic patients ke liye ye sabzi ek vardaan hai, jo blood sugar ko badhne se rokta hai. Sath hi heart disease me bhi helpful hai.
