Vaise aapne Gajar ka halwa to bahut banaya hoga, lekin aaj jo hum banayege wo hai “Gajar-Kheer Recipe” jise banana ekdum simple aur aasan hai. Sath hi ise banane ke liye jyada ingredients ki bhi zarurat nahi hai.

Swad – Iska swad ekdum meetha aur malaidar hota hai.

 Ingredients of Gajar ki kheer

Gajar- 400 gm (grade ki hui)

Ghee- 2 Tablespoon

Doodh- 500ml

Malai- 2 Tablespoon

Cheene – Swadanusar

Gajar ki Kheer banane ki vidhi

Aaj hum apke liye laye hai Carrot Kheer Recipe in hindi. Aapne vaise to bahut bar gajar ki kheer khayi hogi, lekin yakeen maniye is tarike se banayi gayi gajar ki kheer apko aur apke parivar ko bahut hi swadisht lagegi aur yakinan aap iska swad bhula nahi payenge. Step1. Sabse pehle ek pan me ghee garam karke isme grade ki hui Gajar dale.

Take oil in a pan and cook graded carrot until soft

Step2. Gajar soft hone tak paka le aur isme malai dalkar ek minute tak bhun le.

Add malai and cook for 2 minutes

Step3. Ab isme doodh dale. Ek ubal aane ke bad 3-4 minute tak dheme aanch par pakaye.

Add milk and cook

Step4. Ab isme cheene daale aur doodh gada hone tak 2-3 minute ubalne de.

Add sugar when milk becomes thicker

Step5. Taiyar Kheer me nuts dalkar garma-garam serve kare. 

Garnish with nuts and serve hot

 

Tips 

  1. Agar apko jyada gadi kheer pasand hai, to step 4 me aap condensed milk dal sakte hai.
  2. Kheer ko creamy texture dene ke liye aap step 2 me khoya bhi add kar sakte hain.
  3. Kheer banane ke liye hamesha meethi gajar ka prayog kare ya iska peela bhag hata de.
  4. Kheer ko beech-beech me chalate rahe jisse yeh aur bhi swadisht banegi.
  5. Kheer ke taste ko badhane ke liye gajar ko ghee me acche se bhune.
