- Agar apko jyada gadi kheer pasand hai, to step 4 me aap condensed milk dal sakte hai.
- Kheer ko creamy texture dene ke liye aap step 2 me khoya bhi add kar sakte hain.
- Kheer banane ke liye hamesha meethi gajar ka prayog kare ya iska peela bhag hata de.
- Kheer ko beech-beech me chalate rahe jisse yeh aur bhi swadisht banegi.
- Kheer ke taste ko badhane ke liye gajar ko ghee me acche se bhune.
