METHOD OF MAKING CHOLE BHATURE

Chole Bhatur recipe me sabse pehle Bhature ka aata gunth le. Jiske liye maida, sooji, namak, ajwain aur dahi ko ek bowl me mix kar le aur soda water ki help se iska aata guth le. Lagbhag aadhe ghante ke liye ise aise hi rehne de. Ab Bhature ko patla bel le. Ek kadai me tel garam kare aur tej aanch par bhature bana le.

Ab Chole banane ke liye ek lohe ki kadai le. Lohe ki kadai me chole banane se sabzi ka rang bahut acha aata hai. Ab kadai me ghee dalkar garam kare. Ghee garam hone par isme Jeera, Tej patta aur Kali mirch dale. Ab isme Adrak, Lehsun, Tamatar, Pyaj ki paste dale. Ab isme namak mirch aur dhaniya powder aur MDH chana masala daale. Masalo ko achi tarah bhunne ke baad inme uble hue Chole mix kar de. Gravy ke liye jarurat ke anusar pani dale. Ek ubal aane ke baad ise 5-10 minute ke liye dheeme aanch par pakaye. To lijiye aap ke chole bhi taiyar hai.

EASY STEPS FOR CHOLE BHATURE RECIPE

STEP 1 :- Punjabi Chole Bature banane Ke liye sabse pehle Chole ko raat bhar bhigo kar rakh de.

STEP 2 :- Subha iska pani nikal de aur saaf pani dal kar 4-5 whistle aane tak pressure cook kare.

STEP 7 :- Gravy banane ke liye isme jarurat anusar pani daale. Ek ubaal aane ke bad, ise 5-10 minute dheeme aanch par paka le.

STEP 9 :- Ab Bhature ka aata guthne ke liye maida, sooji, namak, ajwain aur dahi ko ek bartan me dal de aur soda water se aata guth le.
