1 Tablespoon Maida

1 Teaspoon Green Chilli sauce

1 Teaspoon Soya sauce

½ Teaspoon Kashmiri mirch

½ Teaspoon Kali mirch

Method of Making Cheese Chilli Recipe (in Hindi)

Restaurant Style Cheese Chilli banane ke liye sabse pehle Paneer ko Chote tukro me kat le. Ab ek bowl me corn flour, maida, namak, aur kashmiri lal mirch mila le aur paneer ke tukre  isme mix kar de. Inhe 5-10 minute tak aise hi rehne de, jisse paneer par iski ek coating ho jayegi.

Ab ek kadai me tel garam kare aur usme paneer ko halka brown hone tak fry kare.

Ab gravy banane ke liye ek kadai me tel garam kare. Isme lehsun dale aur 1 minute tak saute kare. Ab isme kata hua pyaaj dale aur halka pka le.

Ab Isme Shimla mirch dale aur 2 minute pakane ke bad isme Namak, Kali mirch dale. 

Ab 1 spoon kashmiri mirch ko thode pani me ghol kar paste bna le aur gravy me add kare. Jisse iska rang bilkul Restaurant Style Cheese Chilli jaisa aayega. Gravy ko thick karne ke liye bache hue corn flour ko aadha cup pani me ghol le aur gravy me dal de. Ab fried cheese balls ko is gravy me 2 minute tak pakaye.

For Making Batter

  1. Ek Bowl me 3 Tablespoon Corn flour dale. 
In Cheese Chilli Recipe first take corn flour in a bowl.

2. Ab isme 1 tablespoon Maida add kare.

  1. Sabse pehle kadai me oil garam kar le.

2. Ab isme Paneer ke pieces golden brown hone tak fry kar le.

  1. Sabse pahle Shimla mirch ko tukro me kat le.

Making Cheese Chill Gravy

  1. Sabse pehle kadai me oil garam kare aur isme kata hua lehsun dal de.
saute garlic in kadai

2. Ab isme pyaaj dalkar halka bhun le.

3. Ab isme Shimla mirch dalkar 2 minute tak pakaye.

7. Ab bache hue corn flour ki slurry banakar isme dale aur paneer add kare.

8. Gravy banane ke liye isme pani bhi add kar sakte hai.
